Vessel was running when it was taken out of service in August xxxx. Current working condition unknown. Vessel batteries and propellers have been removed and are not included, other engine parts or equipment may or may not be missing/or removed.
Decals have been removed, impressions remain.
Emergency equipment has been removed; may be holes in the interior and/or exterior, which may or may not have been plugged.
